President and principal stock holder of McIntyre Precision, Inc. I live, and my business is located in Steger Illinois. I was born in Hawaii and my father is primarily of Irish extraction, and my mother is Hawaiian. My early years were spent in Hawaii, and Dads' duty station changed (US Navy) when I was about 6 years old, and we spent a few years living outside Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, IL. By middle school we were in California (primarily San Diego). I joined the US Army at a local recruiting center in San Diego and served as a Sniper with 3rd Bat, LRRP, 503rd Airborne Infantry of the 173rd Airborne Brigade in the Republic of Vietnam. I've earned my living as an adult as a Professional Soldier, Federal Law Enforcement Officer, Executive Protection, bouncer, hunting guide, merchant seaman, horse wrangler, truck driver-owner operator, and ultimately a business owner. I have traveled extensively both domestic and overseas, and only settled down and stayed in one place after I met and married my wife in 1992.
