I'm a burnout, but not in the typical sense of the word... more in the "I just really dont give a damn anymore" kind of way. It's great because it's made me cynical and sarcastic, which most people confuse with funny. But eh.. if it works, it works. I'm a boring guy. No seriously. Right now I'm stuck in Iraq, I'm a Combat Medic with the US Army and damn proud of it, but I like to think that doesn't define me. I'm trying like hell to get this new music project of mine up on it's feet (seeing as I've dumped 4 grand into recording equipment, software, instruments, and of course shipping) and I would love to be able to post some music by december. We'll see. Music is obviously a big part of my life, and it comes in a full variety. I'm not ashamed I will be listening to Emo one minute the push the next button and be ass deep in metal, push it one more time and I'm bumping gangsta rap. Except to be honest I'm pretty much past gagasta rap, more into Common and Talib Kweli if I'm going to be listening to hip-hop. I love my metal the same way I love.....well, I can't think of anything clever for this. Point is I love it all. Nothing wrong with that, I played in a metal band for a few years, even cut an album. Of course you see how far that got me. No, sorry, I am not "scene" whatever the hell that is. My other great passion is film, and I will waste entire weekends sitting back watching movies and dreaming of being the man behind them. I used to make lots of short films with my friends, but that was put to a halt when I enlisted. I've purchased the equipment and am slowly easing myself back into that world. Not as easy as I remember it being though.... I also enjoy yelling at people, blowing shit up, video games, bonus stage the web toon, and anyone who can look past this shitty description to actually just ask me who I am.
