Have you looked into the HTC or Treo brands for PDAs?
They are both really good.
I have never had a problem with either of them.

I can't remember the reasons why we went with the Blackberry, but...I know it pretty much had everything we needed, and more.

Plus, I don't plan on editing a Word document in the car. So, the Treo's overkill in the business aspects.

The only thing that I don't like about PDAs and cell phones in general with a full keyboard is when dialing a number.

They are so small and it irritates me haha.

Haha, that's partly why we got the Curve. It's got full board, but...it's still functional, even for my large-ish hands. I've not had a single issue with the keys, yet. Well, finding shit, but...that's just cuz I'm not paying attention.
