The world would be a mess...one big ball of constant PMS.
It would be awful.
I know the female perspective and believe that women spend too much time taking chances on emotion rather than thinking logically.

But if you think about it on the flip side, how many men think with their ego? "Oh, well you blew up mine, so I'm going to blow up yours." It's a big battle of "mine is bigger than yours" to prove who is the strongest. It's been like that since the beginning of time, with human beings and animals alike. Men fight to prove who is strongest to win prestige, females, and dominance. I don't think that having females running the world would be the best decision, but I can't totally put the spotlight on men as being the perfect world leaders. There are pros and cons to both, and we could debate this all day. With females, there would be less wars... until they have a taste of power and success and their greed drives them to want more (think social ladder and your typical "popular" female in high school; when they got to the top, didn't they turn to bitches nine times out of ten? They sure do in the movies, ;p). With males, there would be less catfights and "pms"... but they still have to prove who is more capable and strong through ways of force.
Maybe it's a double-edged sword and we're fucked either way.
