What i hate thats along the same lines is if the text you and you don't reply within 4 seconds of getting it, then they text again asking if everything is ok, what your doing, whats going on? That ticks me off

definitely a sign of lack of trust, either due to their insecurities or their own guilt. I wouldn't let them be like that, challenge it more by doing things without telling them. If they can't trust you to go to the store, or for a walk, or to go shopping then they need to find someone else. Relationships are about loving one another and being completely content/secure with who they are as a person or what they have an interest in doing. Letting him know where you're going is a consideration, not a rule. I have had gf's like this and it was always due to their own insecurities, but once I told them it was bullshit and called them out on it then challenged it -- they usually changed their ways. good luck!

Mmm yea I've had this.
It drove me insane because I'd actually be telling them what I was doing, and on the occasion plans changed, they accused me of lying. Well EXCUSE ME, not everything stays the same. THINGS CHANGE. Ohh to be single. 'tis lovely.
