I go to the gym every day. Anywhere from 1-2 and a half hours.

I'll work out either my upper body, or my lower body.
But never both in the same day.
Then, Sunday I don't go for two reasons:

- The gym is closed
-I let my body rest for 24 hours.

Then, do it over again.

-- -Be as careful as crossing frozen water, alert as a warrior on enemy ground.
-Be as courteous as a guest, as fluid as a stream.
-Be as shapeable as a block of wood, as receptive as a glass.
-Don't seek and don't expect.

Uhh, I guess my workout routine is spread over a few days.
So, I do:
- Whatever activity we're doing in gym. Lately it's been fitness tests.
- Dance Mondays for 1 1/2 hours.
- Pilates Tuesdays for 1 hour.
- Skating Wednesdays for 2 hours.
- Skating Saturdays for 3 hours.
- Yoga Saturdays for 1 hour.

I should start exercising more. I don't go to the gym no more, I should start eating better atleast.
I'll do something good.

I use to wake up and do stretches. Then I'd do sit-up's and push-up's for a good 30 minutes. Later in the day I would go walking around from up to 3 to 7 hours around town. At night I'd do 30 minutes on the NordicTrack and then either do my weightlifting routine which involved military presses, curls, inclines, squats, and so on... Or I'd punch on the punching bag and speed bag for awhile, do a few minutes on the CardioGlide, then do a few minutes on the LifeStyler stair climber, then do some more push-up's and sit-up's.

By the time I would finish, I'd always have to crawl my way to the tub. I'd have a glass of water setup for me already. Smile

Now I'm starting to get back into things again. I mostly go running and/or do my dance routine. The NordicTrack is my worst enemy right now... Doubt

-- Did you see that?
No...
It's probably for the best...
