...Glanced up, and saw the dark and cold stairs. Three out of 13 I could actually see and weren't in complete darkness. Sat there thinking, "Okay, I'm thirsty, BUT am I thirsty enough to walk up the stairs for water and POSSIBLY get ate by a monster just lurking around at the top of the stairs?" (AND YES, I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT!)
Just then, the screen door slammed into the wooden door...Scared the shit out of me, yes...But gave me a new perspective upon life...
"FUCK DAT SHIZ, I'LL JUST STAY THIRSTY!"
So I came back to the computer, and here I am writing to you...I think it's safe to say, no monster ate me...
THE END
Not.
Any of you afraid of the dark, also?
What fears?
Spiders?
Snakes?
Sharks?
TELL ME!...So I don't feel like a pussy.

Yeah, this one time when I was little, my step dad told me a story that was on the news like how some lady was going to the bathroom, she sat on the toilet...and a snake bit her tush...
kinda freaks me out
I NEVER WALK PAST A MIRROR AT NIGHT
Idky, but I can't have mirrors in my room at ALL.
I can't sleep alone, I feel as if someone were watching me.
If I have to sleep alone, I stay up on the computer or watch t.v until I'm like dead tired, so I just pass out and don't worry bout the feeling. I also have to lock my bedroom door when I sleep, whether it's the day or night, alone or with someone.
I don't like to drive, just cause I'm paranoid with other drivers...I just got my permit, so I'm getting more and more comfortable. But still, kinda scary.

I use to be afraid of the dark, back when I was a kid.
Now, I actually enjoy it better than the light.
I mean, I'm not a vampire or something, and I do like going outside during day time and doing things outside, but I love my darkness as well.
I suppose I have a fear of needles.
I"ve been told to get my ears pierced before, and that's definitely not going to happen.
But besides that, I don't really have any fears.
Small insects don't frighten me, but I can't say I like them.
Annoying little brats they are.
OH and sharks. I dream about sharks a lot. Getting eaten by a shark. I guess I do fear going into ocean water because of sharks. Knowing I"m at a huge disadvantage with an animal that can swim nearly 50 feet in a second at top speed, and I can only swim about 3 or 4 (if that) at top speed.
Yikes.

may or may not be there.
I'm afraid of not waking up...I have to take painkillers, and some times when I take them and sleep...I wake up feeling like the only reason why I woke up was cause I stopped breathing.
Also, I'm constantly checking on my son...I breastfeed, and the doctors swear to me, that less than 1/10 of the milligram of the painkillers gets through to him, especially when I drink a lot of water...But I still have a paranoid feeling that he'll stop breathing at night, like I do.
It's not really a "PHOBIA" but I've been scared since I had my son that I'll be a bad mom, and get him taken from me. He's my life. I'd do/kill anything/everyone to make sure he's always with me.
He's my bestfriend.
Anyways, yeah...

I also have a fear of tornadoes.
The tornadoes don't even get bad here...but the minute the siren goes off I'm putting my ass under ground..even if I have to dig a hole.
I also have a HUGE fear of clowns.

Pretty much. Although, I'll add the part Amanda said about being outside. That's kinda creepy. Like, when I was camping. Insert massive shiver, here. Nothin' even happened! I just...big fuckin' forest all around this tiny clearing. Nothanks.
Spiders. Yeah. Fuckin' freaks.
Snakes...kinda. They're more weird than scary.
Rejection, too.
-- Well, that's no ordinary rabbit. That's the most foul, cruel, and bad-tempered rodent you ever set eyes on! Look, that rabbit's got a vicious streak a mile wide! It's a killer!

There was a tornado here a couple months ago. My best friend and I ended up sitting in an empty storage closet downstairs drinking beer and smoking. lol. When the day was over we ended up spending 6+ hours in that stupid little closet..everytime it cleared up the siren went off again.

I fucking hate grasshoppers.
I'm not big on rejection and clowns.
Tornadoes? Psh. When I was in Chicago, we had really bad storms come through. The sirens were going off constantly. My cousins and I were standing outside watching the transformers burst. It's really neat -- the sky lights up green when it happens.
