Apartment community? Is that some poor housing system that they just want to sound better.
I live in an apartment and they told us we cant put any junk in our windows, and no junk on your balcony because they want it to continue to look good. Curtains? I still find that bullshit. Tell them to install them then, I am sure it's in some law or something about privacy perhaps.
