I live in an apartment and they told us we cant put any junk in our windows, and no junk on your balcony because they want it to continue to look good. Curtains? I still find that bullshit. Tell them to install them then, I am sure it's in some law or something about privacy perhaps.

I find it odd that you're not allowed to have curtains, I'd probably go insane. I live in an apartment and we're allowed to do whatever we want (within reason). Of course, my apartment complex is entirely college kids, so that may have a little to do with it... but some of the guys upstairs have horrible pictures hanging in their windows and our property manager doesn't seem to mind.

I feel your pain on hating sunlight waking you up though, I have blinds and black curtains. lol
