So, this morning I get up to go to work, just like I would ANY other day.

I get to the store we're doing the job at (I had to be there by 7, and I was) and I look at the set we're doing and it's HUGE. So I'm waiting for my co worker - who is never EVER late - and she doesn't show up. 7:25 rolls around and I call my boss and leave her a message. She called back about 15 minutes later, saying that my co worker who I was supposed to be working with is IN the hospital and has been for two weeks.
UHM?
then why the fuck was she on the schedule??
So my boss says to me "You gotta stop calling, we were in a meeting and I keep getting in trouble. People keep calling"
ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS? You're the SUPERVISOR YOU DUMB BITCH. How are you going to continually tell your employees to NOT call you? You don't want your phone to ring? Here's a suggestion; turn it off. You expect me to know what to do when the scheduler puts someone on the schedule who's been out for TWO weeks?
Might I add - she has someone else do the schedule and doesn't let him know ANY of the time off, our preferences, and obviously when someone is sick.
I must be in total love with bad management, or something.

She might not be working full time or scheduled with that worker everytime

I don't work with them all the time, like johnson said.
There are 50 employees with this company. You'd think they'd know how to schedule someone NOT in the hospital

Yeah true. A few friends of mine worked at fred meyer (grocery/clothing/electronics, etc store) and two of them quit and a week later they still came in and got their pay checks lol

I work for a a vendor company. So I go to stores like that and do what they don't pay their stockers to do.
Today was just stupid though, I could still be sleeping
