Nope.
They're overly thin.
The hairdresser should have pulled more forward, or tapered them or something, it just looks like a few sprigs of hair.

It looked better when it was first styled. But me and my cousin wanted to know if it would look good straight. It really just messed up the layers.

Eh, I'm not crazy about them. I really think your hair is too harsh and blunt. For one, the jet black hair isn't really doing anything for you since your skin is so pale, and the bluntness of the bangs makes it look like you did them yourself. Like Ellie (if that's her) said, if they would've been thicker or tapered, maybe it'd look a little better.

Butttt personal opinion: get a totally new look -- new color, new cut. Right now, your hair just looks kinda dead.
