The 1960's were a very turbulent time in American history. But then again, when was American History not turbulent?
I am a product of hard rock music, the military mind, the Founding Fathers of the United States, The National Rifle Association, and a blue-collar neighborhood called Cook County Illinois.
I like to ride my bike and play with my dogs. Open-minded women are the best, and if you believe in the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, we are going to get along very well.
Becoming a Life Member of the National Rifle Association in 2002 was a very important step for me as a firearm owner. Protecting our Constitution is a noble cause because without our Constitutional values, we would be just like Iran or Kenya for example.
If you own a firearm, please consider joining the NRA. They fight in all 50 states for your right to self-defense and the right to keep and bear arms. So far they are doing a great job of it. So join if you have the chance! Lets talk about it if you are interested. -Harry

pomme said: Oh, I will. I promise. Dan taught me a great number of things in the short time that we talked. He really opened my eyes to what was important, too. Suuuuuch a good experience to talk to him.
Aww, my puppy is still terrified of birds. She runs up, pretends she's tough, but as soon as they get up and fly away she runs under the deck or chair or something she can hide in. Haha, she does the same thing with people.

He always gave me advice, and we always seemed to talk about something that was going on in my life.
It seems so stupidly selfish now.
I think my favourite part about our conversations was when he was teaching me about proper bird care. I'm absolutely obsessed with birds and when I move out, I want to get one, and he told me exactly how to clip wings, care for it, teach it to talk, etc.

And he's the one person I would go to to calm me down about something like this.
bmac said: May I ask how you found out about the terrible news?
bmac said: So all this Dan Wagner stuff is ACTUALLY true, nothing false?
Joe said: We do agree on many points and yeah to an extent I suppose you're not always out of danger. As I was saying in that that thread that theres the police. If people took matters into their own hand then there'd be no reason for police.
Joe said: I disagree that it wasnt murder since the clerk was out of danger when he the robber was shot but I will agree with the robber was a dumbass for even doing that in the first place. Everybody knows from right and wrong and obviously he made the wrong choice.
